Online Ordering
For both locations:
Online Orders are for SAME DAY orders only.
All online orders are filled as soon as they are placed.
While it may look like you are able to schedule a pick up/delivery time, this feature is currently unavailable.
Online Pick Up Orders may be picked up at anytime before we close – there is no need to let us know if you are running late.
If you arrive at the bakery earlier than your pick up time, please let us know you are here. We will bump your order to the front of the line and have it ready in a few minutes.
Online Delivery Orders will be delivered ANYTIME before the “Due” time listed on your receipt. We are NOT able to deliver at a specific time so please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
For Lincoln Park:
If you are looking to order a CAKE for today or tomorrow, you will need to order a house cake online ON THE DAY YOU WANT THE ORDER.
If you are looking to order cookies, cupcakes, brownies, bars, pies or other special treats for today or tomorrow BEFORE 2PM, you will need to order it online ON THE DAY YOU WANT THE ORDER.
If you are looking to order cookies, cupcakes, brownies, bars, pies or other special treats for tomorrow AFTER 2PM or further in advance, you may call in your order. OR, you may place the order online ON THE DAY YOU WANT THE ORDER.
For Streeterville:
If you are looking to order a house cake, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, bars, pies or other special treats for today or tomorrow,
you will need to order it online ON THE SAME DAY YOU WANT THE ORDER.
If you are looking to order a cake, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, bars, pies or other special treats for for a future date, we recommend placing your order over the phone at least 48 hours in advance while custom cake orders typically require 4-5 days notice.

Are you open for walk-ins?
Yes! We are currently allowing walk-in ordering at both locations with a limited store capacity.
Same-day orders may also be placed online at our website during store hours.
Future orders may be placed over the phone at least 48 hours in advance.
All orders will be picked up at our Pick Up Door (follow the signs upon arrival).
NO MASK, NO ENTRY. We are not offering curbside pick ups.
Do you deliver? What is the delivery range? How much does delivery cost?
Yes!
For same-day orders placed online, we deliver North to Lawrence Ave, South to Division St and West to Kedzie Ave. We are currently offering a special price of $10 for same-day deliveries. Same-day deliveries are typically delivered within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please note this means anytime before your order’s “Due” time.
For orders placed with at least 48 hours notice, we can deliver to most areas of the city and some suburbs. City delivery fees are based upon the delivery location’s zip code and range from $16-$23. Fees for suburb & areas of the city outside of our standard zones will be based upon what is being delivered and mileage from the bakery.
What forms of payment do you accept?

All online orders & phone orders require a credit card payment at time of order.

How quickly can I get a cake?
We have 6” 3 layer cakes (8-12 servings) available for sale everyday.
We typically have yellow cake with vanilla or chocolate buttercream,
devil’s food cake with vanilla, chocolate, or oreo buttercream available on a daily basis.
Colors and decorations vary and may not be specified.
For same day cake orders, place the order online here.
After the order is placed, we will call to ask if you would like an inscription added to the cake.
We are able to add an inscription to the top of the cake, but are not able to add or omit any other decorations.
If you would like to order a CUSTOM cake, please place the order over the phone.
We typically require at least 3-5 days notice for custom cake orders.
How do I place an order?
If you are looking to pick up an order or receive a delivery TODAY, the order must be placed online. Online orders can only be placed between 9am-5:30pm. Online orders are prepared as soon as the order is placed and may not be scheduled for a specific time.
Online orders can be picked up at any time prior to closing.
If you are looking to place an order for at least 48 hours from now, please call (773) 244-1174 to place the order. A credit card payment will be taken over the phone at the time of ordering.
Do you have gluten-free items?
Our individual sized flourless chocolate cake and chocolate pudding cups are gluten-free and typically available on a daily basis.
Our flourless chocolate cake may be pre-ordered in a 6” or 9” size.
Do you have vegan items?
We make vegan vanilla and vegan chocolate cupcakes with vegan vanilla buttercream on a daily basis.
We are able to make small vegan cakes with at least 4-5 days notice.
Do you ship any products?
No, we do not offer shipping, nor do we prepare items for shipping.
Do you sell gift cards?
